A small clarification.
My destination of landing in COPR is BC-Vancouver.
However, my employer has transferred me to Toronto, which will eventually be my port of entry.
Will I face any problems during landing?

You can land anywhere in Canada except Quebec.
That's assuming your stream is FSW-O not PNP
