Thanks. But how do I submit eye color and height info? Just write it on a Word document and convert to pdf?
And do I need so send them all passport pages? Why are they asking for it again?

I have 3 passports as well. What I had done during my WP as well as TRV is upload scanned copy of all 3 passport pages which have stamps on it.
For height and eye color, I think you can prepare a LOE to mention this details in it and upload it back to your application and submit it.

I believe this is IP2?
after this on 13th Sep Morning when I was logging in, I saw the Status "Profile Changed / Updated", but when I clicked the application and went inside, no change or no other updates, same status. What does this means? Thanks.

My AOR is July 24th, Medicals passed Aug 10th. Since then there has not been any update. My background check has also not started yet.

Its showing " We will send you a message when we start your background Check".

Should I contact CIC because its been almost two and a half months and there is no progress. Any suggestions?

Number of applicants were very high in July month. I am also AOR 15th July with medical passed on Aug 2nd.
If you check immitracker statistical report, Number of applications came down in August and September.
I would say be patient and wait as officers may be working on May or June cases.

Not Yet. Should I?.. I was reading that it could take 30-40 days to receive any information through GCMS. Is there any quicker way?

Again on 27th Sep same Status Updated / Profile Changes message I saw.
Called CIC and finally reached them yesterday. A nice person looked at my profile and confirmed all passed, Medicals, Eligibility, Security, Criminality etc...She confirmed I should get Landing request in few weeks as Etobicoke office is fully booked... Hoping to see the mail soon.... All the best to all you guys....

Same here..My AOR is also 24th July, MEP 15th August, and IP1 on the same day. No need to call CIC as it is normal for most of the July AORs. Instead, you can order GCMS notes. I also did the same on last week. Yes, it will take around 30 days to receive the notes. No any short-cuts for fasten the process...
Currently, CIC is processing June AORs. You can get an idea by looking at records at MyImmiTracker...We should expect our PPRs by end of October or early November. Fingers crossed...

MAN, have some patience, I am AOR of 20th July, Exactly same status as of yours. I think, we'll get something by the end of November.

Yes. I am Inland candidate. In IP2 stage.
So, Back ground check is in progress as soon as Medical is passed

It is the same status for most of July/August applicants. No. of applications shoot up and they are already processing old applications say May/June.
So, it is going to take some time.

But What is promising if immitracker reports are nearly accurate is that No. of Applications came down in September.
