Thank You. Yeah I am too excited!!! It waited around 1 hour to get my turn. And then the officer took just 10 minutes to handover COPR.
Was it just a walk-in appointment? Or were you given a specific date/time? I'm surprised to hear you had to wait for a full hour.

I was given appointment time. However when I reached on time, there were more than 20 applicants ahead of me (along with their dependents). Generally for one applicant , they were taking around 8 to 10 min. But for families , interview was about 20 to 25 minutes depending on case to case. When you reach immigration office, they give you token number and you have to wait for your turn.

Ah, seems like they didn't plan it so well then. But good to hear you managed to get your PR despite the wait. My own appointment is at 3PM, and with a Service Canada nearby I'm hoping to get my new SIN right after as they close at 4PM....If I can't make it, I likely have to take time off from work just to get the SIN

Thank You.
AOR = 28th July.
Medical Passed = 21 August
IP2 = 21 August
Saw a ghost update on profile = 10th Sep - called CIC toll free. Agent told my application is approved.
Got Interview email - 14th September.
Interview Date - 21 September.
Are you an Inland candidate? My AOR date was 24th July, and Medical passed on 15th August...I am FSW-O, and still waiting on IP1......

If you look on immitracker it seems a lot of Outland cases take about 110-120 days for completion so I’d expect we won’t start to see a flood of July AoR PPRs till the end of October/early November

Of course this isn’t a fixed rule just a general observation. Your PPR could come today or it might be another 100 days (or more if you’re unlucky)

I’m sitting on day 84 now, not long till the big 100 :rolleyes:
