I have noticed too
Not always true. I applied from the USA, AOR - July 16th. But it seems like cases have been approved before and after that date.

Does anyone know the IRCC number to call outside of Canada or from USA? I tried 6139444000, not sure if this is the right one. It said they cannot transfer my call to an agent at this moment.

Yes that is the correct number. They will transfer to an agent if one is available to talk. Good luck.

I applied for the us but did not submit the W2. Is it even required?
It is not required but many applicants do submit w-2 as supporting documents along with the employment letter.
In cases where applicant is not able to obtain an employment letter, they submit w-2, payslips as proof of employment.
Do not worry if you have not submitted w2, cic will contact you if they need any additional information on your employment. Good luck!

Hi guys, I think I got my PPR today but I didn't get a email but instead got a request for interview which asked me for some documents like passport, photographs, sin number, etc.

It says "We are pleased to inform you that the processing of your application for permanent residence will be finalized at an
interview
". Whats up with the Interview? Do I need to get worried?

no need to worry inland applicants sometimes are called for interview instead of PPR, where they get there CoPR handed to them, reading comments on forums from people who attended similar interviews, they do not ask anything specific other than some questions like criminal history etc which are asked while landing for outland applicants. Congrats for the approval.

Same situation - AOR July 8, US Citizen, FSW-outland still sitting in IP1.
