Hi! I have July 5th AOR. Additional documents were requested on July 23rd and submitted on July 25th. MEP is done. When should I expect PPR?

I am currently in Canada as a visitor and submitted my application from here. I am planning to stay here until September end. I was hoping to get passport stamped by that time. I am hoping if someone can help me with below?

- Is my application considered inland or outland?
- Can I travel back to India before getting my passports stamped and when I get PPR send my passports from India?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Nobody knows how long the process will take, I suggest to not plan on anything undetermined. You might or might not get your PPR by end of September.
Being inland or outland is based on your residency status, since you are a temporary visitor (not on study or work permit) you will be considered as an outland applicant. So, if you get PPR, it will be in a Canadian Consulate outside Canada.
