Call up cic and follow IVR instructions, it reads out status. You need to have the application number with you..
Thanks for you reply. The number I found is only accessible from Canada. Do you have the number that I can use from outside Canada? Thanks

Do you think it would be a long process based on other cases, at least 6 months?

Hopefully not but there is no predicting how long the whole process takes as every application is different.

As a single applicant, UK citizen, travel history is within Europe to places like Spain/Italy only 6 visits abroad in last 10 years, no criminal history etc in theory there isn’t much to check so it should be pretty quick. I’m optimistic for 45-60 days from my AoR to receive PPR based on FSW-Outland people on immitracker who get through quickly that seems to be how long it takes

But then again maybe I’ll be here in 6 months still waiting you never know! Haha

Its quite quick for (UK, UK) folks if you see immitracker even if application ends up being in London VO.

I’d assumed it would be a bit quicker as we share a lot of security details and intelligence etc with Canada and it probably speeds things up a bit that I don’t have to get things translated.

It took me long enough getting everything together so I can’t imagine how much extra work it must be for translations and dependants!

It looks like one CEC applicant (Indian citizen) with AOR Jul 3 received his/her PPR. Anyone else from July received their PPR?
