Sure... My ip1 date is also similar.Hello,
I also have 5th July AOR. I'm also in IP1 since 19th july, moreover I haven't order GCMS notes... I am also getting frustrated now... this long wait time kills me!!! Please let me know if you get something...

Eligibility is "In Progress" means it is Recommend Passed. That's how Ralph reports Eligibility status...So, you are in a good position......If you order GCMS notes you'd be able to see that...So, you will get an update very soon...I had emailed Ralph and that's when I got to knw eligibility " in progress" but m still in IP1 , not updates aftr MEP
In progress and Recommended Passed are not the same. In progress may mean recommended passed in some cases but only GCMS notes can confirm that. It may actually mean that the eligibility has not been touched yet, has been set to in progress as Visa office changes etc.Eligibility is "In Progress" means it is Recommend Passed. In my case, first I have ordered GCMS notes on Oct 2nd, and according to that my Eligibility is "Recommend Passed". Thereafter, on Nov 8th, I have emailed to Ralph and asked the statuses. According to his reply my Eligibility was "In Process". However, my status has been moved to IP2 on very next day (Nov 9th).In progress and Recommended Passed are not the same. Yes in your case I guess the file moved to a different visa office. That sometimes resets the starus of the file. So yes in your case its the same.In my case, first I have ordered GCMS notes on Oct 2nd, and according to that my Eligibility is "Recommend Passed". The same question I asked from a WhatsApp thread...So, one of the experts had replied saying both the statuses are equal. That's why I have commented here...So, yes, you may be correct...But, in my case, it should be the same...
So, yes, it is different based on the case...The best and the most reliable option is to order GCMS notes to avoid all these uncertainties...For me Ralph's Email said Eligibility Passed
Yes, may be...Anyway thanks for the clarifications...Yes in your case I guess the file moved to a different visa office. That sometimes resets the starus of the file. So yes in your case its the same.
