Dear xxxx - I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received July 3, 2018. It is at the Case Processing Center in Ottawa.Really?
Can you post the details of the email you received from Ralph?
By the 21st when your GCMS notes arrive you'll know for sure what the review required is for and you may be able to upload supporting documents through CSE.Dear xxxx - I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received July 3, 2018. It is at the Case Processing Center in Ottawa.
Standard processing time is 6 months. This means 80% of routine applications are completed within that time frame, while 20% take longer.
Eligibility is in process – review required.
Criminality and security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.
Medicals are valid until June 25, 2019.
Sincerely,
Ms. Robyn Sullivan
Office of the Hon. Ralph Goodale, MP

could you please guide me how to re-upload supporting documents through CSEBy the 21st when your GCMS notes arrive you'll know for sure what the review required is for and you may be able to upload supporting documents through CSE.
In the mean time go through your application documents for anything you think may have not been very clear to the visa officer and try not to panic, it would end well eventually.
This is the link to the web form (CSE). It's pretty easy to navigate. You'll need your UCI number handy.could you please guide me how to re-upload supporting documents through CSE

I received my PPR today!!!! wwoohhooo
wishing you'll all the best!
AOR date: July 14th
Medicals passed: 1st Aug
Background check: 6th Nov
PPR: 8th Nov
Country of residence: India
Don't worry, on the bright side, your background check is under progress.Nope Ralph's office emailed me (they respond very fast!)
and GCSM's still to come on the 21 NOV, then i'll found out the reason behind review required.
Moreover, criminality and security haven't been initiated yet. So frustrating
Yes, it will change when you have your CoPR in hand.Is it normal to receive PPR on mail but your online application still shows the status " Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made" ?? and eligibility etc is also on the same old status.
