I just got the processing your background check too! Just the medical exam left and that's it! They already have my passport so I'm hoping it'll be all done in a month or so.

We just got the letter for pre-arrival services!!! No other updates on GCKey ECAS changes from recieved to In Process.... not sure what to expect next and when?!

This kind of thing makes me realize how lucky I am that my VO is one of the fastest there are. My application was received on the 26th of July, so about three weeks after yours. At this point, I even got my interview, which basically delayed my process by 2 months or so. The only thing left for me is the request for the medical exam, and that's it, since they kept my passport when I passed my interview. Now I'm even enrolled in an online program from one of those pre-arrival services. Your application is close to end, what you can expect is that you're basically approved now, and if the background check and the medical exam are passed, you are good to go. Just PPR left in your case, assuming the background check came all clean. You're probably just a few weeks away :)

Nice!! So they are keeping medical for the very end?

Yep, the immigration officer at the interview told me that if background check (this is basically the police certificate, though in my country I guess it's the police certificate + other background information, a private security company does it and gives it directly to the embassy, I never even see it or touch it) and medical exam come with no concerns, they will stamp the visa without a doubt. The background check is clean, and the medical should be clean too, I'm 23 years old and as healthy as anyone can be. The IO said two months tops from the time of my interview, but she was considering delays from my end in taking the medical and/or getting the background check certificate. But I do those as soon as possible so I think that by mid January I'll get the passport back, or around that time.
