I read sometime ago that someone just sent them the updated forms or whatever it was they were missing before they got their package looked at and they avoided getting it returned that way. I'll see what they say tomorrow

Mine IM0008 is from 03-2017 and IM1344 from 06-2017. I compared both old and new and didn't see any difference. Information for dependent was already there in old versions ad well. I double checked every form before I send my application in the mail. I am quite sure it happened when we were sending package in the mail
I will not worry about it but if my application is returned because of this, it will be unfair and I will be surprised very much

I just checked IM0008 form which I filled when submitted my PR application back in 2014. I don't see any difference between that form and the latest one when it comes to asking information in the form.
Guys we have not missed any Information on this form whether it is old or new.
Pls let me know if some one gets to talk to cic help line regarding this issue.

I guess they have uploaded a new IMM008 from of 06-2017. While I submitted my application at the end of June, it was 03-2017.
I do not see any difference between the forms. Hope this does not cause any return. Finger crossed.

Hello guys, have anybody filled out Schedule A? The 06-2017 for some reason says "validation successful" but the box for official use says "Validated - No.
Anyone else facing this?

They sent me request to fill out IMM5562 form which is supplementary travel history form.
I was asking if PA or sponsor both needs to fill their travel history.

As far as I know, only PA needs to fill the travel history if the sponsor is also the PA's spouse. When I filled out mine I asked someone who had already gone through the whole process recently and he told me only the PA would fill it out

I'm sure this is probably an easy question to find an answer to, but what's the rule on traveling into Canada while an application is being processed? I'm Canadian so I'm sure I can but can my wife travel in and out during processing?

The only reason I ask is because when I was immigrating to the US I wasn't allowed to leave or enter while it was processing without a travel form I had to apply for.

They received it July 26, 2017. We did provide the new checklist, but I swear we didn't see the other ones were updated in June too, I just saw it today. I really thought I had double checked the forms were updated

our app was also receive 26th of july.. but I checked wrong checkbix for identity documents.. hope they will feogure it our that was a common mistake still accept the application and no need to return it.. lets just hope for the best

Just ask your HR department for a generic letter of employment stating when you started working, your rank, and salary.

yup cause i downloaded the updated checklist and I found out those forms were updated too unlike the older checklist..

Did you guys figure about IM0008 and IMM1344 forms update? Got a chance to call CIC?
I remember when I downloaded these forms along with new checklist, these were not updated.
