My application just been received. Got the sms at 11 PM!

I just sent mine in on July 6 and tracking confirmed receipt on the 7th... Is there a separate form I was supposed to fill out for text messaging?

Yes .. but too late now .. it was supposed to be filled online and then print it .. anyways .. atleast u know thru the courier its received ... ull get an email in abt a month and a half once cic starts processin ..

   i am new to this forum, got some question while filling the forms 5532 part c .
   Cic had asked couple for questions in part c and said
   PART C - INFORMATION ABOUT RELATIONSHIP - TO BE FILLED OUT BY THE SPONSOR AND THE PRINCIPAL APPLICANT
   1.describe the circumstance of your first meeting
   
   Did anyone introduce you?
   
   7.do you close friends family know ur relationship?
   
   8.was ur marriage arranged?
   
   9.were there forman ceremonies and etc etc
   
   my question above is who will answer those questions
   Sponsor / principal applicant/Both
   
   Second Part:
   who will write down behind the 20 photos that immigration had asked ( sponsor /Principal applicant)
   what to write behind them
   
   please help me here ( its may sound stupid but i am very confused here

HI everyone, my husband and I are applying OUTLAND from Wisconsin, USA. I am the applicant, he is the sponsor. We spend several months putting together our application, and without this site I would have been completely lost!

We send that bad boy out tomorrow (2017-07-10). Wish us luck! Our journey thus far has been quite difficult with immigration in America for him, so we are hoping this way around is a much easier and smooth process. After all, we just want to be together. Let the waiting game begin!~

I wasn't able to put a tracking number on it because it was being sent out of the country, and I forgot to include the text message paper with my application, so I requested a signature.. so I could somehow make sure that it arrived there safely. Hope all goes well!
