What is your VO? AOR2 is when it says "we started processing your application on...". So, your AOR2 is November 24th.Hey all,
What is the real AOR2 date? When they send you an e-mail to state that your app is going to VO or when a line in ECAS says ''we started processing your application..''
I received the letter on October 19, and the ECAS update ''we started processing'' on November 24th. Since then, NO NEWS at all, not even the background checking update...
How long does it takes after this message in ECAS? Does it really mean someone is actually working on our case?
when did u submit ur app? on my end confirmed with LVO that my file is currently assigned to an officer and is under full review...idk how long it would take but im almost at my 7th month so well see what happensManila office here. bGC started since Dec 1 2017, until now waiting while some of the august and october passed my applications

They received my app July 17th. My VO is Mexico. What is your VO? AOR2 is when it says "we started processing your application on...". So, your AOR2 is November 24th.
Unfortunately Mexico is one of the slowest visa offices at the moment. You should prepare to wait for a full year until your application is closed, even if you don't need an interview. They received my app July 17th. My VO is Mexico.
Really.... and why is that ?Unfortunately Mexico is one of the slowest visa offices at the moment. You should prepare to wait for a full year until your application is closed, even if you don't need an interview.
I'm sorry. Mexico currently processes applications from more than 10 countries, I think it was something close to 17. Their workload is huge. The statement "we started processing your application on..." just means that they received the application and put it away until someone starts working on it. They do a very quick check to start their communication logs in their system, and then it just sits there until an officer reviews it.Really.... and why is that ?
And when you found this information about Mexico VO? I see almost nobody in the google sheet from this VO ...I'm sorry. I heard some who got bgc early in the process would take a long time to dm from bgc..but if you get bgc at the end of the process usually takes quicker, not sure if this is true or not, notes can only tell...July 13,2017
There is a Mexico thread on this forum, I've seen many cases from there. Most countries (if not all) from central America go through Mexico, and even some countries from South America do too, like Chile and Ecuador, just to name a couple. And when you found this information about Mexico VO? Could you send me the Thread? Would be appreciate to follow a little bit... I'm wondering why so much work to Mexico when now they have more delay than before. I know someone got his sponsorship PR after 5 months in 2014.There is a Mexico thread on this forum, I've seen many cases from there. They have been adding more countries to their processing list. Last year they added Ecuador, which was previously processed through Bogota, Colombia.Could you send me the Thread?
