Yes, that's what mine showed as well when I got Sponsor Approved.
So what it is, is we essentially submitted two applications, both of which they have received.

The Sponsor Application, which is for you to sponsor your spouse.

The Permanent Resident Application, which is for your spouse to move here.

Once they are done with the Sponsor Application, they will send you an email telling you that you met the requirements to sponsor your spouse.
Then they will go ahead and start processing your spouses application to move here.

Ooooh, really? I just assumed so from what I experienced and have seen majority of everyone else experience as well.

Sorry didnt quite get you there. so anything wrong with the correspondence line? some other applicants also told me they dont have the correspondence line

the only way to check your application online is by having an application number or UCI which they will send you on the email. if you dont have your application number maybe you can try your UCI number in CIC page.

I actually just called them, and it turns out they started processing my application on August 3. They also gave me my application number so I can finally check my status.

I called CIC today. Agent told me that I was SA approved and transfered file to manila aug 23 2016. Didnt get any email from them and still in progress on my account. He requested to resubmit the email from missasauga. God bless us all

Just received our SA, we're located in Melbourne, Australia but the SA has stated it will go to Ottawa for processing, does the app get transferred to Sydney at a later stage?

I see your VO is Ottawa - I've read in a few threads that some VOs (Ottawa being one of them) don't always send an AOR2 I got my SA email on 8/26 and haven't received an AOR2...I'm thinking we probably won't

And in addition to that, I remembered incorrectly. I had exactly your lines, including the one with "we sent you correspondence...". From day1 of access to ECAS, which is the day of AOR1.
