hi dear im going to apply for my husband soon and im just collecting the supportive documents and i want to know that I'm pregnant. Can i include the doctor's note as supportive document or not. would it be helpfull.

our wedding ceremony was in the hall and they did not gave us any certificate what should i do? but i have the marriage certificate and certificate from the sikh temple.

Hello all!

I've finally sent out our spousal sponsor application to sponsor my husband here, which arrived at the Mississauga office this morning.
I'm terrible with waiting and now the big wait begins, haha. I'm a Canadian Citizen and my husband is in Tennessee. We've been together since March 2015 and got married in March 2016!

We sent the application with the checklist included, all forms filled out and signed by both me and my husband where necessary.
We got Certified True Copies of all our photocopied documents.
Proof of relationship has been sent in forms of Facebook/Skype conversations (Between us and family members), Skype call logs, Ontario Phone Card receipts (Long distance calls), marriage certificate, gift receipts we have sent each other, Facebook posts and obviously TONS of pictures of us together and with family/friends.
We included his FBI Record check as well as his Medical exam results and payment receipt for our sponsorship costs.

I'm really excited but also equally nervous. I'm hoping it will go faster then we expect.

Hey guys, Has anyone ever had a problem filling sections 30 and 31 of IMM 5490 SPONSORED SPOUSE/PARTNER QUESTIONNAIRE ? it's headache

A legal marriage certificate should be all that is required. I'm applying from Australia and we are submitting just the one (certified) marriage certificate issued by the state.

Hi there..

We have sent our application package from.Greece at 28/6/2016 nad regarding the tracking number status ,package left Greece at 01/07/2016.since then we do not have any information about the delivery status at Missisaga case office.Is that normal
Should we worry about something?
