You got the AOR in September and still waiting for the MR . Seems like we who got AOR in October should stop waiting for the MR for atleast two months

it will be given in a table in front of: NAME OF OCCUPATION AND NOC

Shouldmy employee need to pay $230 & fill d imm5802 form????

did you receive AOR?
if yes then you don't have to fill IMM5802 and $230.
