I think you can wait until next Tuesday to see if you will be able to login, if not you should send a complain to CIC using one of their contacts:
1) Questions at cic.gc.ca
2) Sydney email address
3) case enquiry form
They will get back to you between 2-4 weeks. It happened to me and it was fixed, also got confirmation email that the problem has been fixed, stated below;
"Sir, Madam,
Thank you for contacting Citizenship and Immigration Canada. I am pleased to follow up on your request:
Thank you for your patience.
We have made the appropriate correction to resolve the issue you reported with your e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) account. Please try again.

Now I got 3 - lines in my e-CAS. I hope this help. Good luck!
