Hello All,

I just recieved my AOR this 10 mins ago. I had it sent to CIC in May but due to a signiture my application get returned. My second deliverd date is July 23.

I have a question about the work permit. Due to the bad timing my work permit expired Sept 15th,2015. I applied my work permit under pnp work specified.

Now the company has a lot of changes and may lay me off. What can I do to apply for an open work permit? Since my last work permit has not been started?

Cheers,

Harry

Hey seniors,
I have received an ITA last week and I am struggling in filling my application.
I have not claimed any points for my spouse's education/ work experience. However, in the document check list, I have found that documents for these sections are required and labeled as (required). Please advise!

I think you just submit whatever is applicable to your situation. It would be reflected in your background declaration all the work experiences you have had for the last 10 years. The form applies to both of you.

Is it possible that the CIC made a mistake? Call them to make sure that what they want you submit

I got my mail from NDVO in which they have mention that my application is received by them.

The system will only be updated on Tuesday, try to check the application after the next Tuesday after you got the FN

Hi TaranGill,

It means that someone will receive AOR and an email from LVO's at the same time or within a week or so, right? I have a question to you, I have got my PCC from a country where I lived for long time just two weeks ago. The date of issue is 30 August, 2015, although I received it after submission of my application. I have submitted my application to CIO on September 18. I can anticipate I will receive AOR at least 2.5-3.0 months later. Will my PCC remain valid after 3 months since issue date? Could you or anybody share their own experience or shed some light on this issue.

Thanks and regards,

Eusufzai

Only thing is my PNP Certificate is expiring this month. If they send my file back then i have to start from scratch to apply PNP again. What do you think, but i also heard if there is an issue then they usually tell you in like a month or so.

Can somebody tell if how much is the processing times these days to get PR with PNP application? I can'd find the link for sydney, NS. Can somebody provide information on that please? ???
