I applied for BOWP under LMIA exempt Provincial nominee. If you have full time job and PNP you can apply without AOR.
But remember your employer has to provide employer compliance form and fee of 230 CAD.

I am also applying for BOWP under LMIA exempt provincial Nominee. My employer has submitted IMM 5802 and employer compliance fees. I am just waiting for my provincial nominee certificate extension. my certificate expired on sep 15. Do you know if nominee certificate has to be valid while applying for BOWP? and is it open work permit or closed? I am also waiting for AOR.

Provincial nominee should be valid to apply BOWP. If your nominee shows any employment restrictions you get closed WP if not you get Open WP.
But additional 100 CAD fee for open WP holder. Good Luck.

Yesterday my friend got AOR. His application received to CIO on July 7th. Looks like its our turn. No worries Josh.

Big puzzle if your employer pays compliance Fee of 230 CAD then how it become BOWP lol ?
You need AOR to apply for BOWP if your nomination certificate has No restrictions on employment and without job offer.

I have applied for extension of my nominee certificate and I will get it by Monday. On my nominee certificate its says employment restrictions No. Do I have to pay for both work permit = $155 and work permit holder fee = $100? or just open WP holder fee?

I think as it was LMIA EXEMPT i got Open work permit.LMIA gives closed work permit.

Nomination certificate is for same purpose Exempt LMIA :P :P :P

Yah true but how come ppl waiting for AOR?? Why they just dont apply with PNP. Even i know the people whose work permit got rejected after getting PNP.
If you dont have the AOR and you WP is less than 2 mnths u can apply as LMIA exempt. Epmloyer compliance fee and form is just assurance from employer that your job is permanent and full time. Thats my understanding. ;D ;D ;D

you can pay 155 now after reviewing you application if you are eligible for open WP they request you additional 100 CAD fee. Thats how i got it.

My file reached to cic on July 6th, but still waiting for my FN, is there anyone has similar timeline and still waiting for the FN?
