Why is it better to send the Application over a courier service?
and which is the best Courier service or is it doesn't matter?
FedEx?
and another question:
It is outland Common Law Application - how do they know it is outland?
I had not not write anywhere outland? do they know because the Forms IMM are different?
OR DO I HAVE TO WRITE IT SOMEWHERE OUTLAND - maybe on a front letter???

It is outland Common Law Application - how do they know it is outland? There are two different packages depending on if you're going outland or inland. The packages have different identifiers and they use these to determine which stream you've chosen.

Been busy the past few days but thr Manila office returned my wife's passport last Friday with her PR visa. Thanks everyone for all the help and support through the whole process

My wife got her visa! That was fast. She just sent her passport to Beijing a week and a half ago.
Hello all, my wife got an email from Beijing VO saying that her application has been processed on Mar21,16 and gave a tracking number to check status online. When I checked the website it said
"Your processed passport has been forwarded to the Canada visa office on Mar22,16."
What does this mean?

Hello everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar issue. We applied in July 2015 outland, started processing in Sep 2015 and decision made was seen sometime in Jan 2016. They sent out our landing papers in Feb 2016. However, our papers got lost in the mail. We called them to reprint and send new ones. They said we would have to wait 6 weeks and call them back March 17th, 2016---Only then are they able to notify the office of Ottawa and request a reprint. They said this would take about 4 weeks. They contacted us on March 18th to provide them with a paid Xpress label (We purchased a 2 day delivery with signature required) and we replied back to the email with our label attached. After 4 weeks (April), we still haven't received our landing papers. We have called back and they said we might have to wait 3 more months???
Has anyone been in a similar situation and give us some assistance? Anything will be appreciated!
