Have you all been sent emails or has the status in Ecas updated to reflect approval? There should be absolutely no reason why I wouldn't qualify for sponsorship approval. My file was submitted July 21.

Nope, just these lines and nothing else. My wife's application was received on July 13th and still i didn't receive any email for sponsorship approval. I called CIC couple of times and they were saying that my sponsorship was approved on Sep 8th and they transfer the file to LVO (London Visa Office) on sep 14th and they also said to me that LVO will send me email for my SA.

Is there anyone else get their SA from LVO?

Okay, well, it's good to know that this is not abnormal. I guess it's just a waiting game. I did call over a week ago and was told that the application appeared to be in order with no issues. I would imagine if part two is underway, sponsorship approval mustn't have been a problem. Keep me posted and I hope you hear from London soon!

It sounds as though you've moved on to Stage 2 now. We had to ring them up to find out if my hubby got SA. ECAS hasn't changed from 'In Process' on my hubby's side, mine now has a second line on it. He received SA email but I haven't received anything off LVO.

For me it's the opposite - they emailed us about SA a couple of weeks ago, and the "Permanent Residence Application Status" link on the Ecas main page has changed to "In Process", but there are no new lines on either of the status pages. Not even a line about the sponsorship part being approved, the status of that is still "In Process" too.

I think a lot of us are in the same boat despite receiving SA and AOR2. My status is the same. "In Process" on both SA and Applicant.

My application changed to in process about a week before the date line was added to the Permanent Residence part of the application. I would imagine the date will be added to your application soon. Maybe the "in process" begins when the file is sent and the date is added once the application is received by the Visa Office?

I agree, I think my "we started processing.... " relates to when my file was transferred and received in London.

It's a little strange though, they sent us the email about SA and the file being forwarded to London on September 28th already. Hopefully they haven't lost our application in the mail...

IF YOU DON'T RECEIVED ANY AOR2 - IS IT A BAD SIGN?

We have received so far the sponsorship approval only, (ECAS Online stated in my wife's Profile ''We started to process your application .... date!!!

the receipt of medical notes were updated today on PR side.
I've had IP since Sept 17th. Good sign it's moving fwd.

Oh wow! Mine says medical results have been received on eCAS today. I thought this would take a lot longer, is it a good sign?

Great!! Mine now has a fourth line indicating they've received the medical results as well! Hopefully this means they are looking at our files and have started processing them?!

Mine has four lines too stating they have received our medical results.

The "Medical results have been received" line has been added to my PR application status too. It's only the second line there, after "We received your application on...", but I guess this means my application has made its way to London successfully?
