Did you leave a different email address for the applicant? I got the same problem and it turned out that the med request was sent to my mom’s email address. All previous communications were sent to my(sponsor’s) email.

Hello, my file was submitted on Jul. 20 under security and criminality it says created date aug. 23 2015 and due date is sept 21 2015 under eligibility it says created date sept 12 2015(same as our DM1 date) and due date is sept 10 2016
