That's what I assumed as well. I called CIC today since I passed my 60 days, they said "we still cannot tell you anything since the website says we are working on July 3rd applications and you are July 6th applicant."

CIC started this new process where the NDVO now says directly In Process instead of AR.. I know by reading other threads, other people have gotten the same.. so dont know if its actually In process or just new way of saying we received your application

Called CIC today and they confirmed that SA is approved and I will receive the letter by 16 Sep.
FYI ECAS is still in process.

I spoke to CIC today and our application is being transfered to London (UK). Doesnt get it all. I am a Canadian Citizen and my wife is Australian. Not sure how London came into play? I am confused/upset as hell.

That is weird indeed. Did you call CIC to ask why this is happening?
