Finally managed to get through a representative at the call centre....I am glad I called up CIC today to check the status of my application. The good news is they confirmed that I am an approved sponsorer. But the sad part is they have updated both, mine and my wife's (applicant) email address incorrectly and therefore we haven't received the SA yet. :-X
Has anybody in this forum come across such an issue in the past ???.
Please could you guide me how to update our email address. Also, I have checked that on Ecas we can update the mailing address (which is the home address) but not the email address.
