Hello all July applicants.Going through outland family sponsorship,sponsoring my husband(uk citizen) Application received by CIC ,July 4th 2014.Sponsorship approval Aug 22/14 and PR application sent to London uk Aug 22/14,medical has been received.Can you add me to your spreadsheet please....and here's to me now trying to patiently wait!!!

unfortunately i Forgot to sign IMM 1344 so they sent me back just the form .. i want know if i should mark anything on the form before send it,that they can identify my application,did someone had the same issue like me ?

how many time i have to wait again ? my apllication was received july 7.

Did they send you a letter with the form back? If they did just include the letter with the form. The letter should have a file number on it so they will know it's for your application. In terms of waiting, they will most likely now take your application as complete when they receive it. If you send it back in September, it would be as if you submitted a complete application in September. Some people were lucky to have their file reviewed shortly after the 45 day deadline that is given in the letter. A few of us that were in May, ours were delayed and they took the new date of when we sent our documents as the received date. So I guess it really depends on the officer who has your file. Hi I'm sposoring my son.cic received my app July 24. I got my sponsorship approval via email on September 10th.His docshave been sent off to trinidad for processing.His meds were received.He is 19

Please let us know if you receive it yet... I'm waiting a response from missisauga too. They got mine July 21st. According to the site, current processing time is 48days. I am assuming its business days only. So I'm expecting to receive before or by the end of September. Goodluck to us.

So I was asked to submit a new IMM1344 Aug 19th and I submitted my original July 11th. I send the new form Aug 27th does that mean I will start over from that date ?? The form letter said I had 45 days to respond. I called CIC call center Last week and they said they would send an email to get info and email me back Still waiting for a response LOL

Sorry to be the bearer of potentially devastating news, but I don't believe you can sponsor your son, they changed to rules for age of dependents to under 18 years on august 1st. That is unless you have no other family in Canada.

Because their application was received before August 1st, he was admitted as a dependent. They got Sponsorship Approval, so that's a clear sign their application to sponsor was accepted.

Whoops, you are absoultely correct. Deleted post, hopefully the original poster didn't see it. I would have hated to have stressed someone out for no reason.
