Hi. July Applicant here for Conjugal Sponsorship. How do I join the timeline? They received my Application last July 7th. SA Approval las 28th of Aug. And it says on my boyfriends ECAS for the PR Application is Medical results received. Any of you got the same thing? Thanks!

We have same thing with medical results received. I hope you dont mind me asking but what is your reason for applying under Conjugal category? From my understanding that category is extremely hard to get approved and in most cases comes with some significant delays.

Not trying to worry you, I just wanted to make sure you are fully aware of the requirements of applying through conjugal. I have seen a couple of posts recently where people have applied in situations in which they have no hope of being approved. As long as you have a solid case for why you cant get married and why you cant live together for a year there is probably little to worry about, but my understanding is that the reasons can't be that you don't want to get married, or that you dont want to give up a job to live together. Common situations are same sex marrage not being allow in your country, and you cant get visitor visas for long enough to live together.
