When they transfer your file , you will be able to know.
at some other situations when the city is kinda small you can realize your office , for example If some one lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba then for sure his office gonna be Winnipeg.

I think your office going to be Mississauga

I notices many of Vancouver applicants getting faster than average progress on their applications.

I believe the officers in Sydney are split into groups based on the local processing office. The applicants from Vancouver are processed much faster than all other local offices.

Yes you right ,

I notices that applicants here in Halifax were processed pretty fast during March, April, and May 2014.
But now its getting slow again.

I think CIC get back focusing in finalizing the huge backlog , since most of them are since 2011, and 2012 so CIC forced to complete their application before the 36 month deadline, which around the current time.

Or maybe CIC speed up the processing during the months before approving Bill c-24 ,in order facilitates the approval of the bill .......

In Eastern part, many people are given oath letter right away after test.
In Vancouver, some are given oath right away after test.
Things are more expensive in Vancouver for reasons.

Good question. Actually, I just presumed it's in Vancouver because I forgot that there is also an office in Surrey which by the way is my place of residence. My bad.
