Many rejections I have seen after providing a second reference letter, was due to the fact that they tried to change the duties or NOC.
A complete list of duties can't change and highly risky. It just makes the job of officers easier to reject.

He will check in FOSS system, and review work history before and after the eligible period to find some proof that you have worked in specific area.
Think and investigate more, before providing something that can make your application "void".
