Send your passport to Ottawa and include a letter requesting CIC to change the VO for your wife to her country of residence. In my case I received a reply on the 3rd business day.

Yes, I paid upfront RPRF back in Apr (see my timeline on left and bottom).

Though I'm yet to see it as an advantage, I still strongly suggest paying upfront and not waiting for the actual request for CIC.

hi guys! I received my passport back on June 24. It took several days to get it back! I was so impressed I am going to land on Wednesday. It is Canada day so it is going to be prefect! Good luck to the rest of you!!

I also mentioned a while back that I got my medical request but I don't see it on the spreadsheet.

I sent my passports using Canada post xpresspost services to Postal address (PO Box... ) specified in Visa ready email. Status of my package is showing out for delivery since 25th June. I called Canada post helpline and they said that CPC Ottawa is a large volume receiver so status of each package could not be updated. They told me that my package has been delivered on 25th but just because of being a large volume receiver, my xpresspost status could not be updated. They asked me not to worry.

Has anybody else experienced the same?

Hi theverma,

I'm a sept applicant. I sent off my husbands outstanding PCC's (without request) on June 11 by Xpresspost and also noticed that it had not been delivered to CIC but had arrived in Ottawa on June 15. After reading your post, gives me a little more confidence that CIC have received the PCC's. Fingers crossed. I guess it might be worth getting GCMS to check any notes on receiving them.

I came back form work but couldn't find the mail in drop box or around the house. I called Canada post call center they said same it has been delivered I asked the to open a investigation ticket. I don't know what should be next step.
Please let me know what shall I do.

Who signed your parcel? When u call support, tell them u want to talk the supervisor and u have passport inside the parcel, in that way they will take u seriously. Also try to find out who deliver the parcel?

Hi All ,

I have received ready for visa email today . I have applied from outside of Canada and mentioned visa office New Delhi ,but still requested me to send passports to Ottawa. I have sent email to change visa office to New delhi. Not sure how many days/weeks they will take it change visa office. Hence , need to wait some more time .

Please update sheet and thank you all for your help .
