Who signed your parcel? When u call support, tell them u want to talk the supervisor and u have passport inside the parcel, in that way they will take u seriously. Also try to find out who deliver the parcel?

Hi Guys, After receiving PPR, I have let CIC know that my spouse is non-resident to canada and asked them to arrange visa stamping from her country of residence. Does anyone face the same situation? What would be the next step and how long this might take? Thanks in Advance.

Today (16 June) I got ready for VISA email. Application started processing on 29 May. Currently my wife live outside Canada. What information I have to submit to CIC to arrange visa from abroad for her. Can anyone help plz.

Hi dachiandwill, great to hear that. What is your timeline?

I would suggest you to stay in Canada until you get PPR, then you can send the passport by mail quicker. If you leave Canada then you have to ask CIC to arrange visa stamping from another country which will be time consuming. I think you will get PPR very soon.

Hi, I have paid RPRF today but the receipt only contains my name. Should I just send this receipt to cic or I should print it first and fill up the rest of the field (address, uci , etc) then mail the scanned copy. plz suggest.
