1. As long as you had 1 year of qualified work experience you are eligible for CEC. After that 1 year, you can change job, be unemployed, do whatever you want, IMO CIC couldn't care less. Of course this applies ONLY to CEC as PNP would be a VERY DIFFERENT case.
2. I haven't read from anywhere that any update in employment has to be sent to CIC for CEC application, for the same reason as #1.
3. CEC has literally hundreds of thousands of files on their shelves, I really wouldn't want to mess that process up by adding more unnecessary documents, or complexities.
Hossein810 did the right thing. What if CIC calls at his past work place for which he claimed work experience and receives something in return like "he doesn't work here or no body like this works here". They gonna issue him an procedural fairness letter calling his work experience as a misrepresentation. So its better to tell them about employment change.
