Depends on whether your consultant put his/her own email address in the application or yours.

you can call the bank who issued you the draft and ask them for status for the same. they will tell you if it is cashed. or you can visit any branch to get the status.

Can anyone please let me know how we know about bank draft cashed out.

Customer care could not tell me whether my bank draft cashed out or not.
So I went to a branch where I got the bank draft issued, they check their records and able to confirm the status of the Bank draft (i.e. Cashed out).
