If you have received the AOR, you can send it to CPC Ottawa, else you should wait for the AOR (pray that CIO accepts your file and do not return it in lieu of incomplete documents).

I just realized when i submitted my application my employer reference letters didnt mention my job duties.
I have requested another letter now just wanted to see if i can send it over to them before they ask for it ?
If yes, how and where to send it ? Can anyone please advise !

If you want to send any additional documents in original then mail them to the below address with your all ur details(AOR, UCI#,DOB, NAME etc)

If you want to send copies like T4, NOA, reference letter the email them to CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca with ur details mentioned above.

Hey July Applicants..

I hope everyone is doing well despite the cold weather.. i'm starting to see alot more updates on the cases for July 2014... Happy to see everyone is slowly getting their cc's charged and receiving their AOR's..

Question for all the July applicants who sent their apps to the Sydney office... Has everyone whose credit card was charged received their AOR already??

Its been about 17 Days since my CC was charged and i haven't still received an AOR.. I'm really worried now..

Anyone else who applied to the Sydney Office whose cc was charged that has still not got an AOR??

I believe all files under CEC submitted to Sydney. Yes my card was charged on Sep8. But i am not too worried about my AOR because it's just been 4 days.

Same hare , CC was charged on Aug 19th , no AOR.

CIC is killing us here.. Why they are freaking so slow.. Has they sent their staff on layoff or the staff is busy in discussing their summer vacations ??? They were bad we know.. then they became worse... now worst..

Yes.. They had processed 14th July applications very fast and seem to take a rest...

I'm worried coz i put in my bowp application 3 weeks ago.. i know that the VO who is processing my BOWP application has to see that the AOR was sent.. I'm really worried...

I think the VO will check out if your application is approved or not.. so if it is approved, whether receiving AOR or not might not affect your BOWP..in my opinion.

Thats what i thought too but its still not 100% guaranteed to work right?? however, my ECas is showing in process effective Sep 1... but no AOR... So weird...
