Hey Everyone, can someone add me to the tracker please, I am unable to edit it.

Application sent to Sydney
Application sent July 2nd
Application received July 4th
Payment Method Credit Card
No charge has appeared on my card yet and no communication.

I'm starting to get a bit worried as most people whose applications were received at beginning of july have had payment taken and received their AOR's, I tried emailing CIC and was told that if I applied in the last 8 weeks my email would be thrown in the bin (it was around 7 weeks at the time I sent it as their website states they should respond within 6 weeks).

Really don't know what to do here, their auto response email also states that they will reply within 30 days.... 30 fkn day?!!?!... my IEC runs out in December (sorry for the vent)

I should be expecting AOR in 1-2 days on my email right ?

Need a suggestion.

I applied CEC on July 31st. I am yet to receive AOR. No CC card also. I am almost sure it will come may be end of this month(as processing is slower now )
Now My closed WP will expire on Dec20. I am planning to apply BOWP now for safer side. I heard we can apply BOWP without AOR also.

Is it ok to apply BOWP without AOR? If yes , what should be better way? Hardcopy or Online?

Need some expert thoughts.

I very much doubt choosing the wrong visa office would have any impact on your application.

Sorry for misguiding in last message. I thought you sent the application to Mississauga.

Visa Office Request for Mississauga should not affect your application. You said your application was returned before and then re-submitted this time. What was the reason for returning?

No worries.... they sent it back before as I included a photocopy of my language cert instead of the real one, and forgot to sign the family information form. I received it approx. 5 weeks after I sent it

How long do you think I should wait, it seems everyone else who submitted theirs around the beginning of July has had some sort of response by now. A friend of mine has managed to find a number from somewhere but I'm sure calling it and trying to find out some information will be as painful as the rest of this process

If you will call CIC and ask.. I am sure they will ask you to wait. At least wait 15-20 days (its painful). Because i had same experienced with CIC for TRV application.
