Do you get some official email that it has been received or do you just go by what the courier says? In that case mine has been received.

I think initially we go by courier delivery acknowledgement.. or else wait for AOR or any response from CIC...

Between courier acknowledgment and AOR from CIC your credit card will be charged or the bank draft/ money order will be encashed. Generally AOR follows in about 2 weeks after the CC has been charged.

Does a credit card charge indicate you are going to receive your AOR?

Yes, credit card charged means your application has been accepted by CIC.. and you will get your AOR with file number.

On top of the page you will see navigation : Home Assessment Help Search Profile .....

Select Profile
next page> Left hand side you will see "Forum Profile Information".. click on that...then you will see the options of flags on right side..
you can add your file details on that page too...

Hope you will find it easy.. I know i am really bad in explaining...
