1) Date Filed (M/D/Y)

2) Date Received at CIO Sydney (M/D/Y)

otherwise spreadsheet will not be able to calculate other fields based on these.

Agreed....The best way to manage the spreadsheet is to disable sharing and appoint couple of admins to manage the spreadsheet.

I was curious if somebody could provide the pros and cons of an upfront medical? I see some people are against them. I am unable to apply for a BOWP so if anybody has tips for a more efficient way to speed up my application it would be much appreciated.

From my friends PR, upfront medical is not a good idea. It does not help your process move faster and you loose the trackability of your application.
