Same situation is here. Before it was not like that. Now everytime I got e-mail from somewhere it feels CIC sent it. Where as CIC is not working on our applications they are in full mode to delay this process as much as they can.
Seems like they will fill their quota of immigrants from Express Entry not from us.

Surprisingly i never saw my status updated online on Tuesdays.. every time there was an update it was generally on weekends.

Same case is here, CIC is unpredictable.
They can only understand our feelings when they will face itself.

Hi i applied in july got my aor on october 16th. My file went to second review as my employer address is residential (noc :2174). Im still waiting for updates

Just checked even bowp processing is also 4-5 months & my LMO work permit is getting expired next month. If I apply my bowp this week can I still keep working after my work permit gets expired ?

totally same. Mine is received july 24th and under second review cuz my employer set up his business at his residence.
