Also,I would be doing the medicals by this week , since am receiving the Passpost for my son today. By that time, it would have crossed the 30 day window, ( from the time i received the MR mail) , will that be an issue/

No there will not be an issue, just send an email to CIC that you couldn't do it in 30 days because of passport issue

I'm finding the CIC website a little hard to navigate. I filled the eligibility questionnaire online- but that gave me a positive result (and a personal reference code) for an Express Entry application? I already have my CEC application in, so I'm not sure why that happened.

Also, when on the online portal, I don't see the name of the application mentioned anywhere?

Are we expected to just give the same information and expect the CIC to know we are applying for an BOWP?

Any insight you might be able to provide will be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Please chose the following answers in the wizard and it will give you the option to apply for BOWP:

1. What would you like to do in Canada? - Work.

2. How long are you planning to stay in Canada? - Temporarily - more than 6 months.

I submitted my PCC just after I received my AOR (without any request from CIC). I am wondering have any of you received additional documents request after receipt of MR?

I am just trying to be ahead of the game, if there is risk that CIC might still ask for new/updated PCC I will initiate the process now.

What is your timeline? Like, when your application was received at CIO, when you got File number.

I have not submitted my PCC initially. I have received PCC request at the same day of MR request.

my timeline same are yours, however i didn't receive any medial yet but cic asked or my T4 and pay-stubs or 2014 year which i don't know why even thought i gave them or 2013.

hi - did you mean from or to? my app received status was much before (somewhere in sept-oct last year) MR was sent out... aftet meds, it took 10 days to update the status to meds received.
