    Receivd Pr Card Just now for Family but not mine. Landed october 2nd.

    I dont think so. Once you entered at port of entry as PR you will be in a federal Canadian borders computer system then you will be in Que and will get get PR CARD on your turn.

    I dont think it matters. If you want, you can explain in cover letter you are not in Canada right now or visiting home etc. CIC never said that photos should be taken within Canada.

    Just take photos wherever are you and send them through courier to your friend or directly to CIC.

    I think if you are a new PR, you can not track PR card application in ECAS as far as I know.

    The theory is if you can sign in through COPR then your PR Card is either in processing or already printed and may be mailed to you
