I sent my application in 11-July-2014
I didn't receive any reply from them up to now!

Usually what is the time between application and receiving PER?
Is it going to be mail or email?

we have the same date of documents received by Canada, i already received my PER maybe you should wait a little. if you photocopied the original documents you sent, review them there might be some lacking details that might need reviewing. or what is your NOC? i think 3 have already reached 1000 hopefully your application doesn't fall under them. best of luck!

I am sorry say this but I think those of u who have applied first week of july and your ccard are not charged that means your application might b on its way back. I am 9th JUly applicant mine got back yesterday as I did not mention the NOC in schedule 3 form section 12 (B) Noc 2171.

Hello all,
My application reached Canada on 24th July 2014. I had applied in NOC 2173. I have not received any email or notification from CIC. They have also not charged my Credit Card. I had sent my application through a DHL franchise near my house. I just saw on CIC website that 1000 cap for 2173 has been reached. Should I still expect to be considered in FSWP 2014 ? if not then when and how will I receive my application package back ?

Should I contact them ? if yes then how can I contact them ?

Sorry to know your ordeal, but like the 2013 FSW you will be notified via email of NER because the NOC you have applied already reached the cap. you will receive your full documents together with a refusal letter. on the brighter side you have time to prepare for Express entry come January.

i used two credit cards in the processing fee because the credit limit on either card is less than the Total of $CAD 1100 for myself and my wife.

Hi, Received PER just now. I m 2nd July applicant and my DD en cashed on 21st October. Importantly, one of my reference letter has no information on job descriptions though I got points under experience factor since I have just 67 points.

Hello all...

My Noc is 3233,....although I qualify for 3012 as well... But I knew it ll be soon capped.

I am July applicant....cc mode...nothing yet...but I am seeing a trend most nurses 3012 are getting cc charged or per but none of 3233 I have seen.

Do u think it could be a possible reason they r sorting out 3012 as we can the rising number.

PS- my reference letter is in English, rest all docs are in english, IELTS overall -7, etc.,

Did u submitted an English Translation of ur Work Experience with ur application ..?

Are you serious Subash? I too am a 2nd July applicant with DD NOC 2281. But no news yet. I lost hope but now seeing your post I think I am still in the game. can you please share your details.

Dear, You need to be strong enough to wait for the positive outcome of your application. I too was worried in the beginning when many applicants after my timeline started to receive PER. At the same time, I feel quite relief by noticing the delayed news of PER by prior applicants. So u still have time to get PER. For your information, I am under 3012 and my application package was not even complete in all respects. As, u said , u have provided everything as per guidelines except submission of changed form earlier. Again, be cool. Who knows ur PER is coming in the next 24 hrs.

I am nurse too....but applied under 3233...

As I have the equivalency of RPN given by CNO to me....do u think that could be problematic.


I work in clinic .....n I see 3233 n 3012 have similar job roles.
