I have checked with the bank last Friday the DD still not presented at bank.

Any idea by when the DD would be encased and by when will I receive my PER and File number?

You are not too far, might be a week or 10 days more. Last DD is encashed for 16th july. Once encashed you will get your PER in 10 days time.

i used two credit cards in the processing fee because the credit limit on either card is less than the Total of $CAD 1100 for myself and my wife.

Hello all,
My application reached Canada on 24th July 2014. I had applied in NOC 2173. I have not received any email or notification from CIC. They have also not charged my Credit Card. I had sent my application through a DHL franchise near my house. I just saw on CIC website that 1000 cap for 2173 has been reached. Should I still expect to be considered in FSWP 2014 ? if not then when and how will I receive my application package back ?

Should I contact them ? if yes then how can I contact them ?

Usually what is the time between application and receiving PER?
Is it going to be mail or email?
