If that were true it means that those applications had been reviewed and sent back by snail mail. Some of those applicants are three weeks behind me and my app hadn't been charged nor returned yet.
That is where confusion comes from...........
It must be something else.
Someone in this forum guessed that those people sent mail to CIC asking about their status. This doesn't make sense to me, either, because it means that CIC officers had to search through applications that were not yet in line to be screened.
I have no idea, but it buggs me too................

hi Ann, am not a July applicant, what actually happens is cic does a completeness check before they start charging, they must have completed completeness check for the whole of July, rejected those incomplete ones for July and sent them back to applicants and are going ahead to charge complete ones, I trust you are good and yours would be charged soon cheers

I've checked my cc last time yesterday 11.00 Sydney time and nothing! Now I must run to the atm to see if there's any change!

Since you are single,you are to submit along with your application
6 passport photographs of yourself only please.
At the back of 5 photos write your full names,DOB & the date the
photo is taken.Leave the 6th photo blank.
