Originally submitted all the PCC from India, Canada and states ( all of them were issued in October 2013) .and my application was received on July 8,2014

Med/RPRF/PCC request: December 3
Will update the SS soon.

I am 3rd july applicant, havent got medical, if any one knows how long does it takes to get medical.

I got my PER on 28th october, cc charged on 20th october.

If any one near my date got the medical.

Mine is new delhi visa office.

Finally, when I had lost almost all the hopes, received email from CIC yesterday evening, confirming PER ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

So here are the details of our application:

NOC: 1114
Application Received: July 23, 2014
DD Encashed: November 4, 2014
PER Received: December 4, 2014

Remaining July applicants, do not lose hope!! It all depends on the officer assessing your file and may be your NOC as well. Ours is definitely a slow moving NOC.

We are currently living in New Delhi but relocating to UAE next week. When do we need to update the visa office about the same?

you can inform them if you will change address, Log in to ECAS just google it and type your UCI unique client ID found on your PER letter. there is a link on the ecas where you will change your address.
