July 13er's any updates? Class of July 2014 is coming up!

Also my update - File still in Sydney (as per CIC Call Center). I am convinced it is because of a cross border trip where my return was not logged by the CBSA person.

Still in process according to CIC.

Wish there was some way to poke the person reviewing my file since everyone else seems to be either finished or speeding along the process. Maybe they are on vacation?

More than a month and still no movement from Mississauga. I was just joking about them taking a vacation, but I guess it was a correct assessment. Maybe they will start working again in September?

Very disheartening to see people who have applied after me getting approvals and such...

In the same boat bro. Do you by any chance have any links to the Middle East (having lived or been born there?). A few people I know from the region have had their applications delayed unnecessarily.

Never lived in the Middle East and I was not born there either. A woman on my street applied a month after me and already travelled out of the country on her new Canadian passport. Rather amusing since her husband is a "connected" person in a certain Asian country and if there was a security concern one would assume her application would be flagged for further review.

Ah well, two more years, right?
