Gosh, I applied July 4th and still haven't gotten MR ???...I have been living in Canada for 10 years (first 6 as a student) and in January 1st I became unemployed and I'm under EI...what if they check your employment history and that makes their eyebrows raise?....I'm getting a bad felling about this! :'(...no mail, no junk email!

It will not be the issue that you are under EI which does not correlate with your PR. Don't over stress yourself. Search the forum, lots of members under EI during the PR process got PR approved with no issues.

Noc: 2171
Application Received: 5th July
AOR Received: 3rd Sep

Did upfront e-medicals in Sep 2013 and was successfully updated, I have the hardcopy as well.

Sent an email to CIC about this on 21st Feb about up front medicals, but still no response.

Is this normal will CIC be able to pull my details, the mistake here was I did not take my Passport while going to medicals so gave my driving licence number

Your details are updated. Did you give your Passport number when you did medicals, if so please call the doctor and find out

Did my medicals with Dr. John C. Kuhlmann yesterday. When I booked the appointment, they said that the results will be uploaded within 4 to 10 days depending on what my results looked like. After I paid the money & completed the tests, they said it will be uploaded in 7 to 14 days!

Is there a way to find out if my medical results have been uploaded?

Your e-CAS status will reflect that they received the medicals, once they do.

Thanks razerblade! I should have searched the forum before I did my medicals - there are some doctors who complete everything within 4 days.

I actually have been searching for such doctors who complete it quick. It seems getting an appointment with them takes a while, so it probably ends up taking the same amount of time as it would going to a doctor who does it within 2 weeks. In any case, you're close to the end of the process, only a matter of another few weeks judging by how quick CIC is processing this time around.

Thanks folks! I can't wait to get to the finish line!

Looks like July team should start receiving Passport request starting next week.
I think we should all meet once this hectic process is over. What do you say...
