There is only one panel physician in the whole Nova Scotia. He is going on vacation for next two weeks, so next available appointment is on Mar 25th. I am checking with other doctors in NB and PEI, let's see finger crossed.

yes you can fill it on adobe reader , don't need to print it

Hi Friends,

I got Med request on 22-Feb, but still didn't get RPRF and Biodata request.

Does it usually take sometime? like 4 to 5 days gap? anybody experienced the same?

I checked my junk\spam mails..!!
