yes, I did but without AOR, now I have got AOR so will follow up with CIC call center how can I add this to my BOWP app, so it won't get rejected.Or I have 2-3 days before my current wp expires so I can even think of applying one more wp app with AOR.

Would you share your experience how you update CIC your AOR for your BOWP online application? Thanks Nick as probably i will be in the same situation. Is it necessary to submit a new application? oh god.. i have a spouse that means i will spend 300 more~

Thanks Nick for the information ! Please let me know if you find any information from CIC call center. I will also be in the same situation very soon. I am waiting for AOR and have not applied for BOWP yet (my closed WP ending 31st Oct'13) , my employer is planning to apply for extension of my closed WP, but if the contract ends for some reason(high chances are there), they will not extend my WP. I will have to apply for BOWP before 30th Oct hoping to get AOR on 23rd Oct (Application reached CIO on 23rd Aug).

We are in October and CIO is still issuing AORs to July applicants, they should have started for Aug applicants by now

Hi Xihy,

I called CIC twice, Unfortunately, there is no way we can add any information to our in process WP application. Both the agents confirmed me that it will depend on visa officer if he opens your CEC file and check AOR. your wp may/may not get approved. It's damn painful. why the hell VO will not check and reject app straightaway.they suggested me to apply another BOWP app immediately and Ultimately I applied another wp with AOR to be on a safer side.
I am telling you spending few 300$ is far more worth than 'staying with painful restoration visa status(which is close to 16 weeks processing time) and not working..no income for 4 months....I hope you understand what i mean....

Aren't you aware that LMO's are taking half a year to come these days after RBC issue.even if you employer apply now, you won't be eligible to work after 31st oct(as u won't be in implied status).
better to apply for bowp the same day you receive your AOR. you will have some breathing space as per your time line.

Thanks Nick. But I am on ICT and my employer do not require LMO to extend my closed work permit, but it is quite unsure to get work permit extensions these days because of RBC issue. I am not sure why you mentioned that I won't be in implied status, I believe I will be in implied status if my closed WP extension has been applied before my current closed WP expires, right ? If you are an ICT person, that is different case. If someone applied for LMO and wp expires when LMO is under process than there he/she won't be on implied status. implied status is only valid when wp extension app is applied with a +ve LMO result.

Any more AORs on Sept 30 and October 1st ?

It seems there is only one AOR received on Sep 30 i.e. AOR of StuCan1.

It seems that the process is slowed down
