Guyz this is getting confusing, I was able to log into ecase and it says my permanent residence application received july 19th. And I went through my submitted forms I had forgotten to enter my email address. Any views on my situation ?

don't worry, as you can see ecas status, it means your file was complete and you already have AOR, You know ecas status comes 7-8 days after you receive AOR. so all looks good. You will get this via mail but for your assurance you can talk to CIC agent and based on your UCI number I think they can confirm you.

Recently i am blessed with baby girl. Not sure what is the process for her?

1) What are all forms do i have to fill?

2) What are all documents do i have to send?

3) Where to i have to send ie which address & to Whom?

Could you please advice me?

I have the same situation, I emailed the Ottawa office and this is what they replied:

If you need to mail us documents, please forward them to our mailbox at OttPilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca



Otherwise, you can send your documents to the following mailing address:

Our mailing address is imperative for original documents requested (such as Police Certificates).

I received my AOR by Sept 11. When can i expect medicals and approx how long will it take after medicals?

Will it delay my application processing if i move out of my current province in the mean time?

You will be able to login Ecas about five days after receiving your AOR
You can send the birth certificate of your new blessing and a cover letter with your personal file number, DOB and name(asking to add your baby) (or send a new imm0008) to:

I saw in July 2013 spread sheet that your application was received at CIO-sydney on 28th July, is it a mistake ? because still ppl r waiting 4 AOR whose app was received around 22-25 july.

Did anybody receive AOR on 23rd and 24th Sep ? I saw in spreadsheet that many of the July applicants are expecting AORs around this time.

Could you all please update the spreadsheet and let everybody in the forum know about AORs for the benefit of other members who are eagerly waiting to know the situation ?

Good day! I am July applicant thru agency but did not register here in the July spreadsheet. As per the agency our application was picked-up by FEDEX on July 5, and reached CIO around July 8 or 9. However, up to this date we don't receive any file no. yet or communication from CIO if there's any problem with our papers. Is there any of you guys has similar case like us? Our Agency said that AOR comes 2-4mos. and they will send a follow up with CIO if still no AOR for us at 4 mos. of the application, but then when I see the trend here it only takes less than 2 mos. for file no. to arrive. I'm a bit worried regarding our papers if there's problem or lack of documents it should have been mailed back to the agency base on some cases that i have read here in the forum.

Yes the average waiting time for AOR is 50-60 days, yours seems a bit abnormal. Did you try using your UCI number to check your application status online? if it shows application received, they already sent you the AOR, if not,,, guess you have to contact CIC. Good luck!
