My Ecas changed to Decision made on Thursday July 3/14. This morning it went back to In process. Has anyone had the same experience?

Oh this is really Scary..Hope this will be reverted to DM status asap. Don't understand how CIC works. In my case DM status changed yesterday but no PPR email yet..

Waiting continues...Hope for the best for everyone waiting in such situation.

Question - Are people still going to Niagra falls and coming back for Landed status?

Congrats, but any idea why ur case took so long? i am a month away from completing 13 months of the normal processing time and the idea of waiting longer is scaring me .. did u try contacting your MP during ur wait?

Got my passport requirement email on June 26th. The status was changed to "decision made" either the same day or the day before.
I was struggled with my police clearance for at least two months. After a few email exchanges I decided to go back to the same police station and obtain the same police certificate. It got approved this time: no explain why the previous one didn't work.
Anyway, have any idea when I may be able to get the passport back? It was received this morning.

Got my GCMS notes today.

Eligibility- Passed

Medical- Passed

Criminality- In-process

Security- Not started.

I am July 8/13 applicant. Can anyone knows how long to process all these things.

Good, congrats, you may receive your passport in 4-5 working day , hope you have retun tracking number, it will activate in 4-5 working days

Hey,

I have been following this post for a while as I am one of July 2013 applicants who have been waiting for PPR for months.

My application was received by CIC on July 31, 2013. I got ME on Mar 5, 2014 and done the ME on Mar 17, 2014. The doctor confirmed they uploaded the results on Mar 19, 2014. Ever since then, there is no reply and no update to my ECAS status (Not even MER). I sent several emails to CIC, and they always said it's in progress.

I applied a GCMS note on June 12, 2014, and got it on July 11, 2014 (last Friday). The notes showing that my medical is still in progress, and no records of medical results have been received. However, on Monday, my ECAS finally updated to MER, and I just got my PPR last night finally...

Thanks everyone who shared their experience in this post. They are very helpful.

My suggestion would be try applying for a GCMS notes, it may bring the attention to the officer to process your application. (That's just my assumption on what's happening with my case). But there is no harm to apply anyways, it can also give you a peace of mind about your application or provide necessary documents promptly.

Ottawa ON K1G 4B9

I have 2 passports. old passport is about to expire in a month which has all my previous visas. Do i need to send both or the new passport alone is good ??.

Pls suggest.

Yes, I sent to the PO Box address using Canada Post this morning. As for the passport, I think the new one is enough, as you already submitted a scanned copy of your previous visas as part of the application.

Guys i got my COPR but I am hearing Conflicting reports

Some say go to Niagra falls for a flagpole others are saying that Niagara falls doesn't do Flag poling any more and that they are referring people to the CIC offices. I cant for the life of me find which one is accurate.

You can go to Niagra falls but i sugesst you not to go in rush time.
