If you did your medicals on Mar 20th, then give it at least another week before you contact CIC.
Some clinics take 1-2 weeks to upload the results to the eMedical system.

So I should wait for RPRF for atleast 5 more days, usually it should have come by now. most applicants in spreadsheet received MR and RPRF almost same time.
