Thanks to all sashali78 and all others who gave useful advice......I understand recommended is not mandatory but following the recommendations might be helpful to avoid confusions and rejections......to be on safe side I will get my husband's consent too.....

I am really worried how they are skipping few applicants and moving on to others.....they are suppose to deal with applications in the order they received them......its annoying now.....I am asking my employers agn n agn if they got call from CIC n now it seems really scary.......

I have also seen some applicants from May who are still waiting for MR...I believe they are really patient...Goodluck to all who are waiting......

I can understand your frustration as I am also checking my status on ecas repeatedly, cic seems to be working great for the rest even its going smooth for aug and sep applicants looks like they have forgotten us ,

Congratz, my friend! This is fantastic! //// Now you can enjoy the long weekend!

Friends, who are waiting for MR, please don't lose hope. One of my friends (Apr'12) applicant got PPR just last week.
We all know how unreasonably slow CIC works, don't we?

Keep your faith.

I just have one suggestion (in light of recent CEC refusals reported in this form) to folks who applied through consultants. Please check your details again and validate with seniors here. Do not blindly trust consultants. period.

Unreasonably slow??? I'd say CIC is efficient. They adhere to their timelines. They say 13/14 months to close 80% of the applications. Aren't we getting over enthusiastic here?

yea right....if you would be waiting for medical request then we might have taken you serioulsy
